Honestly i believe this was the man's plan from the beginning. What does he lose? Nothing. If he stays it cost the County. If forced to leave the county pays. I'd almost give a part of my salary to see this piece of crap gone from W.C.

WOW!!! i was at the meeting and when they announced that bashem contract has been terminated the crowd went absolutly nuts. i mean everyone was screamin jumpin it was like that for probally a solid minute. didnt quiet a bit. only downfall was the sb came in the auditorium and talked for 5 m,inutes and said they need a closed meeting, well it was a 1 hour and 45 minute meeting. shew it was forever. that when they came back out and said his contract has been terminated and they voted on it. then they gave him a severence package(sp?) they would never say how much it was though

It breaks my heart to see this fine man leave us....NOT!!! So, now on to the next question: WHO'S NEXT??????!!!!

No Titan95. Just a few tired of the children being mistreated and situations handled wrong. That's all. Everything has it's time and points. It was time this one be dealt with.
If anything your from TS. I'd say sticking with traditional values, if you have a child. You will probably want them to go to your alma mater. Just a guess.
As far as this goes and went and will go. If it is done right, no one had a problem. But to announce closing of 3 schools in a little over 2 months? Then consolidating them in 3-4 months? Even you would have to agree. Yeah right.
Mr. Basham got basically what he wanted. $200,000 dollars over 3 installments. So who got hurt?

I agree with Titan....just a big mess...guy submits a request to combine some schools and gets run out of town. Wise CO should open up 6 more tiny schools. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
